Undiagnosed or Terminal Medical Conditions

Although we are no longer able to offer our Clear2Go insurance product, we can still provide cover in the event that a traveller has an undiagnosed medical condition or has received a terminal prognosis. This is offered through a specialist team who liaise with our insurers on a case-by-case referral basis.

Please note that we cannot offer a quote if undiagnosed symptoms are potentially:

• Cancerous;
• Heart or circulatory-related;
• Respiratory or lung-related;
• Nerve-related;
• Neurological;
• Or if there is the potential for gallstones or other stones.

The following terms and conditions will also apply:

• We cannot offer a quote if there is a possible connection to an existing medical condition.
• We cannot offer a quote for travellers above the age of 76.
• Travellers under 18 must share the policy with an adult who is responsible for and travelling with them.
• Travellers with a terminal prognosis must have at least 6 months remaining upon their return to the UK.
